Legal Services of North Florida (LSNF) operates a training website serving legal services organizations, attorneys, and advocates across Florida. This platform was designed to provide resources, training, and opportunities for collaboration. LSNF hired A2J Tech to assess the effectiveness and intuitiveness of the platform and provide recommendations for improvement.

Opportunity

To address these challenges, A2J Tech conducted a comprehensive assessment and proposed solutions to enhance the training website's content management, navigation, usability, accessibility, cybersecurity, and training functionalities.

Result

A2J Tech suggested the training platform be improved for easy content management for both users and administrators. Introducing forums to interact with their community in real time, automated systems for timely notifications, and efficient member sign-ups were also recommended. Specific improvements included fixing broken links, improving page load times, and enhancing accessibility by adjusting color contrasts and optimizing link texts. Additionally, enhancing cybersecurity by introducing multi-factor authentication and regularly updating security policies was recommended. Given these needs, A2J Tech proposed a combination of popular learning experience platforms and website builders, Bettermode and Kajabi, for their modern features and community interaction capabilities.
