This 90-minute session delves into the evolution and expanding role of Virtual Court Kiosks in Texas. The session begins with a brief introduction of the panel and the agenda. Next there will be an overview of the Virtual Court Access Project’s development from its inception to the present. The session will then highlight the latest advancements in the Virtual Court Kiosk User Interface 3.0, including a tour of new features and insights from recent usability testing. Special attention will be given to the enhanced accessibility features of the kiosks, ensuring they meet diverse user needs. Then a roundtable discussion that explores the varied applications of these kiosks across Texas communities and their potential for integration into legal aid services, complemented by a live Q&A will take place. The session will conclude with closing remarks and details on any necessary follow-ups.
