It’s no secret that calling back online applicants for services has a low success rate. Sometimes you can’t reach the applicant at all, sometimes you reach them only to discover it’s a bad time for them to talk. Why? Often because they didn’t know when to expect the call - and let’s be honest, they may not be willing or able to discuss the intimate details of their legal issues at work, on the bus, in front of their kids, etc. Legal Aid of Western Missouri (LAWMO) and A2J Tech would love to show you the simple solution we created using funding from an LSC TIG to help address this issue. This application empowers applicants by giving them control over their call back timing, rescheduling, or cancellation and improves the overall connection rate with applicants, resulting in more applications completed and clients served.
